To keep up with high-volume periods in a restaurant or coffee shop, the Bunn AXIOM 0/6 decanter coffee maker (38700.0015) uses BrewLOGIC® technology to automatically adjust brew time and keep pot levels high. While the tank holds 200 ounces of water, the double brewers can dispense 15 gallons of coffee per hour. The six warmers are individually controlled and accommodate decanters, which are sold separately. On the front of each section, the pot levels and tank temperature are adjustable with LCD display screens, and coffee extraction is controlled with pre-infusion, pulse brew, and digital temperature precision.
