It creates a barrier between customers in self-service lines and the food, reducing the risk of germ spread. Its acrylic panels cover both sides of the food bar; their clear construction promotes visibility. These panels are break resistant and have a center brace that helps prevent sagging. Because the uprights are made of stainless steel, they resist rust and streamline cleaning.
