To withstand frequent use in event centers and banquet halls, the Vollrath FC-4C-02120-R drop-in refrigerator is constructed of durable, rust-resistant stainless steel with a galvanized exterior. Its 26-inch-long by 29-inch-wide body is designed to accommodate two 12-inch by 20-inch food pans, and it comes with pan adapter bars for additional support. Designed for in-surface configuration, this top-mount unit features a bottom-mounted condenser and drip-resistant flange and gasket. For seamless installation, it requires a countertop cutout of 251/4 inches long by 281⁄4 inches wide.
