The Cambro 1826LTC3157 Camcart® food carrier can support (7) 18-inch by 26-inch food trays in the cabinet, and trays are held at 3-inch intervals, giving clearance for thick foods. Hot or cold food maintains temperatures because dense polyurethane foam separates it from the outside air. To reduce condensation and food sogginess, a venting plug can be opened by staff members, releasing excess moisture. Door latches and casters enable the unit to be moved around safely, while a handle in the back helps employees control its movement. On top, a removable cutting board acts as a surface for plating and preparing dishes, and because of its polyethylene construction, this Cambro 1826LTC3157 food carrier is resistant to breaking, cracking, and chipping.
