The Cambro 1826LTC3186 Camcart® insulated food carrier can hold seven 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or trays and sit on tray supports that are fixed on 3.75-inch centers with 3-inch spacing between them. Made of seamless polyethylene, the cart is durable and resistant to corrosion. Foam insulation and a tight door gasket seals in heat, while the door is kept closed by a latch.
A cutting board is included and fits in the top to provide a prep and plating space, while transporting this Cambro 1826LTC3186 food carrier is convenient because of a molded-in, horizontal handle along the back. It is mounted on four 6-inch casters, with two that are fixed and two that swivel, and one of the casters has a brake that keeps the unit in place.
