Cambro UPC1200131 Description
The Cambro UPC1200131 Ultra Camcart® insulated food carrier is built with thick polyurethane foam insulation to maintain consistent product temperatures. To resist wear and tear from denting, cracking, rusting, and chipping, its exterior is made of double-wall polyethylene. Its one-piece construction has no crevices or creases that could harbor bacteria, so it's simple to wipe clean. Designed with a 90-quart capacity, this unit can accommodate various full-size food pan depths.
Preventing food from becoming soggy in storage, the Cambro UPC1200131 food carrier is equipped with vent caps that release steam from each cavity. Casters on the bottom enable mobility; one of them can brake to stabilize the unit while employees load and unload it. It's loaded from the front, and the doors swing open using durable nylon latches. To prevent heat from escaping, the doors are sealed shut with airtight gaskets.
