The Cambro 853FCWC135 Insert Tray Lid is part of the Tray-on-Tray Meal Delivery System. This clear plastic lid fits the 853FCW Insert Trays (Sold Separately) and has an easy snap-on and snap-off design. The raised corners provided a secure fit for stacking.
Tray-on-Tray Meal Delivery System overview:
Combine hot and cold food portions during correctional feeding with a sanitary, reusable meal service system. The Tray on Tray Meal Delivery System employs 5-compartment Base Trays, designed to work as classic trays or to securely fit a covered Insert Tray. This allows for hot items to be secured from cold ones, leaving four other compartments open for use on the Base Tray. A terrific choice for changing menus and busy meal service environments. All Correctional Trays are recommended for use with the 60-Tray Meal Delivery Cart (MDC1411T60), also designed for correctional meal service.
