It operates between 150 and 570 degrees Fahrenheit, and its broil function is great for finishing dishes and melting cheeses. Heat is moved throughout the chamber with a unique baffle fan and diffuser plate, and these components create consistent airflow that results in a uniform bake. To track the bake time, the 120-minute timer can be set by the user, and when the cycle ends, it shuts the heat off.
Because this Vollrath 40703 half-size countertop convection oven is made of stainless steel, the interior and exterior are heavy duty and rust resistant.
