The Everest EPBNR2-D4 is a refrigerated prep table that sits on four 5" casters and has a cabinet exterior that is constructed of heavy duty, stainless-steel with a galvanized steel finished bottom. This product will be an excellent addition to your restaurant. The preparation area includes a removable and adjustable, sanitary 12-1/4" deep cutting board for you to chop up all your tasty ingredients, such as lettuce, tomato, and bacon. It fits eight 1/6 size pans and has 1/2" thick, foamed insulated lids used to prevent moisture build up and heat exchange. The four stainless steel doors use 2-1/2" thick, foamed in place polyurethane as its insulation. These drawers will look even more amazing once they are fully stocked with your greatest ingredients.

The refrigeration unit is back mounted it uses R-290 refrigerant and run on 1/4+ hp. The condenser and evaporator coil have an oversize design to ensure quick recovery times and a reliable maintenance of the desired temperature.
