Hobart CL44EN-BAS Conveyor Dishwasher
The Hobart CL44EN-BAS is a standard conveyor dishwasher with a 30kW booster heater.
NOTE: Direction of Operation: Left to Right
Every good kitchen needs an even better dishwasher, and a Hobart dishwasher is one of the best around. The Hobart CL44EN-BAS was designed to save you money. This unit features a single tank unit and can clean the astonishingly large amount of 202 racks per hour. Despite being so powerful, it will save you time and resources without causing you any unneeded trouble. All CLeN Dishwashers feature the most advanced technology in dishwashing that you can find today.
It features a deep-tank design that will require less refills, and this will save you in water, detergent and usage costs. It includes an auto-timer that will automatically shut off both the pumps and the convener after a rack exits the machine. It even features an exclusive Energy Saver mode that can be set to automatically shut off the entire machine after machine after anywhere from only one to as long as after six hours of inactivity.
The opening of the chamber is tall enough to hold wares as tall as 19-1/2". This unit works by using a conveyor. The Rapid Return feature allows for this process. As the dirty products moves through the unit on the conveyor, anti-clogging KYNAR resin nozzles spray the wares clean and any food particles on the wares are collected by the waste management system. In order to keep the temperature nice and hot, thermal layer curtains and insulated inspection doors keep that heat from escaping.
The CLeN features conveniently located, top mounted, NAFEM Data Protocol compliant controls that can be programmed to notify the operator when it is time to delime the machine or to take necessary action if low temperatures or a dirty tank is detected. It even includes a self-draining, stainless-steel pump and impeller that provide trouble free, and longer working life all while preventing the buildup of bacteria-laden water in the pump. An integrated pump intake screen also keeps debris out and this reduces down time.
