Not only does the exterior have a durable construction but the interior as well, which is constructed of porcelain enamel. The double pane windows and the non-sag insulation that is applied to the top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors all help regulate and keep heat from escaping. The one-piece, cool-to-the-touch door handles will allow your cooks to open the oven without fear of getting burned, no matter how high the temperature is set. The interior has two lights the oven, and has five nickle plated oven racks with eleven rack positions.
This unit includes solid state thermostat controls that have a range of 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a 5-hour timer with an audible alarm. Heat is circulated throughout the oven interior with the use of one 1/2 hp two speed fan motors. This will proved speedy, and even cooking plus an "oven cool" switch.
