It has a pre-set pointer for accurate measurements. HACCP reference dial showing minimum temperature for stuffed meats and poultry, ground beef & pork, and fish. The temperature range is 120 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit with a +/- 2 degree Fahrenheit temperature accuracy. The housing material is made of stainless steel, and the lens is glass.
