This unit has three high range infinite heat control valves, each with a U-shaped burner spaced out every 12". This unit was designed for the even cooking of everything from pancakes to burgers.
It has one 6-quart grease drawer. A spatula wide 3-1/2" grease gutter and grease chute are fully welded for easier cleaning and to stop grease migration. This design is perfect for easy cleaning at the end of a long, busy work day.
