This model is shipped standard for natural gas service, but a LP conversion kit is supplied. You can place this unit on not just a countertop, but a chef base or equipment stand as well. The front, sides, top trim, and backsplash are constructed of stainless steel. The durability of this unit allows it to withstand the most hectic kitchen environments. The four 30,000 BTU burners have a lift-off head. The grates are cast iron, and there is one infinite heat control valve for each burner as well as a standing pilot ignition system. It is easy to clean, with its full width front crumb tray that can allow the contents to be easily disposed of.
