The exterior, interior and the two full height doors are stainless steel. The frame rail is welded of heavy-duty steel, and coated with black powder to prevent corrosion. The doors include a lifetime guaranteed bolt style door lock. The inside features an NSF approved stainless-steel floor. The floor is not just for speedy cleaning, but this design also prevents the danger of harmful bacteria that will reside at the bottom of your unit from accumulating. This model includes one interior kit option per section that is factory installed.
The self-contained refrigeration system runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 3/4 hp compressor.
