The exterior is constructed of a stainless steel front and aluminum alloy on the sides, back, and top. It has a single section of half height, solid doors that include a positive seal, self closing feature and life time guaranteed door hinges that include the torsion type closure system. The interior features an NSF approved, clear coated aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor. The inside also includes three adjustable, heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves per section.
The self-contained refrigeration system runs on environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The extra-large, evaporator coil is balanced with 1/3 hp compressor and a large condenser. The sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motors and large fan blades proved a low velocity, how volume air flow. The constant movement of air provides your freezer with quicker recovery times. All of these components work in unison to maintain the standard operating temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit.
