Hobart Centerline EDGE12-11 Meat Slicer

The Hobart Edge Series Slicers are efficient, economical, and easy to clean. This series can provide medium-duty and can slice an average of 4 hours or less a day. Your employees will love the increase of productivity they'll experience from using this slicer and your customers will love the results.

The Hobart EDGE12-11 has a 1/2 hp motor to slice cheese and meat without shredding and it has a wide carriage span that delivers a smooth glide. The large product tray and slide rod is perfect for feeding large loaves. The product can be at a maximum of 10" wide and 7-1/2" tall. The poly V-belt drive system is designed to extend belt life while providing excellent slicing results and remain quiet. The full 45-degree angle feed requires less mechanical pressure when compared to similar slicers. The 12" diameter, chrome-plated carbon steel knife has a thin edge design and improves yield.

It has a top-mounted, ceramic sharpening stone to let you sharpen and hone in 15 seconds and clean up just as quick. It has a sanitary anodized aluminum base to help protect against bacterial growth, preventing food borne illness. Not only does this provide maximum sanitation and minimal clean up time, but it is corrosion and impact resistant.
