Cambro UPC100131 Description
The Cambro UPC100131 Ultra Pan Carrier® accommodates as much as 40 quarts of product. It holds hot food from 179 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 hours, while cold food stays in the range of 33.9 to 35.8 degrees Fahrenheit for the same amount of time. This unit can house one GN pan or fractional-sized pans as deep as 8 inches. To facilitate transportation, it has four molded-in E-Z grip handles, and four nylon over-center latches keep the lid sealed shut so food doesn't spill.
Made of polyethylene, the Cambro UPC100131 insulated food carrier is durable, and its exterior is textured for scratch resistance. To facilitate cleaning, this unit is made of one piece without seams that can harbor crumbs or bacteria; it can be placed in the dishwasher after use. It self-vents to release steam and the lid has a removable gasket to ensure temperatures don't change during storage.
