Because the Cambro UPC1600194 Ultra Camcart® insulated food carrier is constructed of polyethylene, it resists common wear and tear, such as rust, dents, and scratches. To avoid food becoming soggy in storage, vent caps built into each compartment remove moisture. The doors are secured with airtight gaskets, and the cabinet is insulated with polyurethane foam to maintain proper product temperatures.
