It was built to withstand hectic food service environments. It has a removable, cleanable air filter and a "clean filter" reminder.
This unit is easy to use, it has a 10 touch pad control panel and up to 100 programmable menu items which ensures consistent results.This unit can cook over seven hundred pre-cooked frozen bacon in an hour, over 30 batches of 1 pound fresh shrimp in an hour, and over forty 6 ounce portions in an hour. It has eleven power levels, four stage cooking options, and a defrost mode at 20% with one-touch programming. This microwave reduces prep time, labor, and food waste while providing consistent results. This microwave is so easy to learn and use, that even your least experienced employees will have no problem operating it. The controls are user friendly and require minimal training.
