The Manitowoc's exterior material is durable, corrosion resistant, smudge resistant, and attractive.
The Manitowoc D570 ice bin with a lift up door can hold an approximate capacity of 430 pounds of ice. This top mounted ice bin goes perfectly with Manitowoc ice machines and features an NSF approved, inside ice scoop holder. This scoop holder will keep the scoop above the ice line for easy access and better sanitation.
To keep the ice cool, the foamed door insulates the ice bin. Not only does this keep ice cool but it also reduces sweat on the door. These components help in keeping the ice lasting longer. The door, which is angled at 53 degrees Fahrenheit, has a soft duromemter around it. This makes the door silent when closing it. The cammed bin door self-latches, keeping the door in the up position when scooping ice.
