Migali C-G24 Countertop Gas Griddle
Griddles are some of the most versatile appliances you can add to your kitchen. You can make fluffy pancakes or eggs for breakfast and use it to cook up juicy burgers and seafood as well. The Migali C-G24 is perfect unit to make something delicious for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
This unit is shipped for natural gas but has a propane orifice kit for in-field conversion. The cooking surface is 3/4" thick, with beautifully polished steel which is designed for even heating. You'll never have to worry about only one side of a pancake cooking more than the other. The surface of the cooking area is 20" deep, and uses two U-shaped burners. Each burner has its own manually controlled knob. This unit contains a stainless-steel grease trough with a wide opening. At the end of a long, busy day you'll be able to easily dispose of the grease.
