The Amana RFS18TS us a medium-duty commercial microwave that is ideal for prep stations, pubs, and family restaurants. This construction was designed to withstand the hectic foodservice environment.
It's easy to use, it has up to 100 programmable menu items to simplify the cooking process and ensures consistent results. Even your least experienced employee will have no problem learning how to operate this unit. It can make forty 6 ounces, refrigerated macaroni and cheese portions in a single hour. The 10 touch control panel is user friendly and require very minimal training. It has four stage cooking options with one-touch programming that reduces prep time, labor and food waste, all while providing excellent results. This unit has the ability to multiply quantity and can calculate the proper cook times for the selected number of portions. Its time entry option offers an added flexibility when it comes to preparing dishes the exact way that needs to be done.
The see-through door and lighted interior for monitoring without opening the door and letting out hot air. The door has a lift and pull handle that can open up at angle of 90 degrees for easy access. The interior ceramic shelf is sealed and recessed to reduce plate-to-shelf edge impact and keep spills contained.
