Southbend S36D Restaurant Range with Oven
The Southbend S36D is the perfect addition for any busy kitchen that needs a unit able to perform multiple tasks at once. The front, sides, shelf, and rail with closed, welded end caps that are all constructed of stainless-steel. This unit is built to withstand the most hectic of kitchens, and should last many years. It has six 28,000 BTU open top burners with removable cast iron grate tops for hassle free cleaning. The rear burners can hold a stock pot that measures up to 14"
This unit has a 35,000 BTU space saver oven with a snap action thermostat that is adjustable from 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. A U-shaped burner radiates heat evenly throughout the entire interior which measures 26" wide by 26-1/2" deep. The four sides and top of the oven is insulated with heavy, self-supporting block type rock wool with an oven baffle assembly. It has two position rack guides with one removable rack. You'll be able to bake fluffy and sweet cakes in the oven, and flip some burger patties on the range.
