Vollrath 59500P Description
The Vollrath 59500P Mirage® countertop commercial induction cooktop provides efficiency and accuracy that most standard electric and gas units do not offer. This piece of equipment has a dense copper coil inside that creates a magnetic field above the cooking surface. When an induction-ready pot or pan is placed on the surface, electrons in the pan move rapidly, generating friction heat for the operator to cook with.
With 100 power levels and a temperature control that displays in Fahrenheit and Celsius, the operator can adjust the settings to suit a variety of products. The speed knob enables fast temperature shifts. The Vollrath 59500P Mirage cooktop has safety features including overheat protection and small-article detection, as well as an automatic shut-off feature when the burner is left unattended.
