Vulcan 12-2B Gas Range
The Vulcan 12-2B Endurance Range is a highly recommended appliance and will be a great addition to any kitchen. Its flexibility is unrivaled and it can adapt to nearly any location. This unit has a fully MIG welded frame with a stainless-steel front, sides, and backriser. The two open top burners gives off 30,000 BTU, and includes lift-off burner heads for easy cleaning. The two heavy duty grates have different measurements, the one in the front measures 12" by 12-1/2" and the one in the rear measures 12" by 14". This unit can accommodate two pans or pots of different sizes, giving you more options when it comes to portions and measurements. Every two burners share a pilot which is ignited with a shrouded flash tube system. The burner knobs are cool to the touch for the safety of you and your kitchen employees.
The cabinet base gives you a place to store everything from pots and pans, to spatulas and spoons - any tools you need in order to complete a successful dish. All of your most important tools will be in close proximity to your burners.
