Vulcan 48C-8B Gas Range with Convection Oven and Cabinet
The Vulcan 48C-8B Endurance Range is a highly recommended appliance and will be a great addition for any kitchen. This unit's flexibility is unrivaled and it can adapt to nearly any location. It offers legendary toughness, precision, dependability, and has many innovate features that will make a positive impact on your kitchen and business.
This unit has a fully MIG welded frame with a stainless-steel front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf. The eight open top burners give off 30,000 BTUs, and include lift-off burner heads for easy cleaning. The heavy-duty, cast iron grates have different measurements, the front burners measure 12" by 12-1/2", the rear burners measure 12" by 14-1/2". Every two burners share a pilot, which is ignited with a shrouded flash tube system. The burner knobs are cool to the touch for the safety of you and your kitchen employees.
The oven included with this unit has a porcelain bottom and door panel for even heat distribution throughout the area. The thermostat adjusts from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It is supplied with two racks and two rack guide sets for a total of four rack positions that are available for you to choose from when cooking. The inside is protected by a heavy-duty door, with an integrated door hinge and spring. This unit includes a cabinet, allowing you to store all of your important tools for cooking closely available.
