Vulcan HEG48E Electric Countertop Griddle
Griddles are some of the most versatile appliances you can add to your kitchen. You can make fluffy pancakes or eggs for breakfast and us it to cook up juicy burgers and seafood as well. The Vulcan HEG48E is perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
This heavy-duty, electric griddle has a stainless-steel front, sides, back, and tapered side splashes with a 1/2" steel plate. This model has solid sheathed, tubular incoloy heating elements and four snap action thermostat controls with a cycling light, each. The thermostats can be adjusted from anywhere between 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. This plate and control design will allow for everything from maple French toast to burgers to be cooked evenly. The cool to the touch control knobs are chromed and have knob guards for protection. This unit includes a 3-1/2" wide, front grease trough that will empty into a large capacity grease drawer. At the end of the day, when it's time to clean up, you'll have no problem disposing of the grease for this unit.
