Vulcan VCH8 Cook and Hold Oven

Vulcan's VCH Institutional Series Cook and Hold Ovens reduce shrinkage with ease while providing the naturally browned and flavorful foods customers love. It has durable construction and a lifetime warranty on its heating elements, it is the perfect long-lasting solution for any operation.

The Vulcan VCH8 is a one door, cook and hold oven. It has a stainless-steel interior and exterior with an integrated steel frame for maximum strength. It is fully insulated with 2" on the top and 1" on the bottom. It has a magnetic action door latch and heavy-duty hinges that secure the internal frame.

The knob controls set the cooking time/temperature, and holding temperature. Up to a maximum of nine of the controls can be programmed. The LED display shows time in minutes, hold temperature, cook temperature, and cabinet temperature. The low speed fan provides even heat distribution and natural browning of meat products. It is provided with 2 wire pan grid cooking racks and 5 pairs of removable universal tray slides that are adjustable 1-1/2" centers. The temperatures at which this unit operates is up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for cooking and 250 degrees Fahrenheit for holding. This unit can rethermalize products.
