Vulcan VCRG36-M Countertop Gas Griddle

This unit is constructed of a fully welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis with stainless-steel front, sides, and front top ledge. The stainless-steel and tapered side splashes will keep your walls and other equipment clean from grease or oil splashes that might launch from the 1" thick, polished steel, griddle plate. This is the largest and heaviest griddle plate in its class. Every 12" of that griddle cooking zone is U-shaped burners with standing pilot ignition. This design will give you the best opportunity to perfectly cook anything on your menu to please even your most difficult customers. Then at the end of the day, this unit is easy to clean. It has a high capacity, 4-1/2" - quart, stainless-steel drawer for easy disposal.
