The two tilting steam kettles use a 2/3 jacket, however, the kettle on the left fits 6-gallons and the right fits 12-gallons. The ellipsoidal bottom of the kettle line is formed and fully welded with type 316 and type 304 stainless steel exterior with a 1/4" by 5/8" bar rim with a butterfly shaped pouring lip. The shape of the bottom was designed to provide you with up enough space to fit 50% more product. The interior also contains embossed gallon/liter markings to provide you with accurate measurements.
