Vulcan VGT24 Modular Gas Griddle

This unit constructed with a stainless-steel front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back. The 4" side splashes will keep you walls and other equipment clean from grease or oil splashes that might launch from the 3/4" thick, ground steel griddle plate. It has two 30,000 BTU burner with an individual pilot and snap-action thermostat control. The temperature range can be adjusted from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. No matter what delicious recipe you make with this griddle, it will come out evenly cooked.
