The top deck has four ceramic tile faced burners and the bottom deck has three cast iron burns with ceramic tile radiants that turn on with a pilot ignition system. Each top burner can release 25,000 BTUs per hour and each bottom burner can release 33,333 BTUs per hour.
Each deck has two infinite heat controls and you will be able to adjust the temperature to a maximum of 1,000 degrees. The cold rolled steel bar grid is spring balanced and has five adjustable positions to suit your different recipes and moves on roller bearings.
