Vulcan VPT15 Pass-Thru Heated Holding Cabinet
Designed from the ground up to be the strongest, most durable pass-thru heated cabinets available. The integrated frame design provides the strength of a a reach-in cabinet with the flexibility of a pass-thru.
The Vulcan VPT15 has quality features like an energy-efficient cabinet design for quicker preheating and recovery times with rugged tubular steel frames. The heated holding cabinet will be a valuable addition to your operation. The interior and the exterior are both constructed out of stainless-steel with an integrated steel frame for maximum strength. It is fully insulated with 1-1/2" in the sides and 2" in the top.
The Dutch doors are field reversible with a magnetic action door latch and recessed side mounted handles. The interior shelving will hold a variety of pan sizes and is complete with universal tray slides that are adjustable on 1-1/2" centers.
The versatile unit can be used as a proofing cabinet or food warmer and has a full-range thermostat for temperatures up to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. The blower motor provides the interior with gentle and even temperature distribution, so you'll never have to worry about inconsistent heating.
