Winco SVM-12 Food Mill
Grind and press soft fruits or vegetables for making purees, sauces, soups, and more. Seeds, skin, and fibers remain on top of the plate and not in your processed food - no peeling or deseeding required. This 5qt food mill features a wide 12-3/4" diameter opening and includes 5 interchangeable plates, each with different shape and size perforations for a variety of textures. Ideal for hot or cold foods.
- Choose between 5 sieves: 4 w/ round perforations (8mm, 4mm, 3mm, 2mm) and 1 w/ rectangular perforations (3mm x 8-1/2mm)
- Features a revolving handle, sturdy crank body, and a semi-circular blade designed to sweep and press for optimal processing
- Outputs approximately 3lbs per minute; removes seeds, skin and fibers from processed food
- Conveniently hooks onto side of a 7" or larger receiving container or cooking pot; wide side handle to grasp for stability while cranking
