Wolf ASA60 Countertop Gas Griddle
Griddles are some of the most versatile appliance you can add to you kitchen. You can make fluffy pancakes or eggs for breakfast and use it to cook up juicy burgers and seafood as well. The Wolf ASA36-30 is the perfect unit to make something delicious for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
This unit is designed with stainless-steel in the front, sides, and top ledge. Its body frame is fully welded with stainless and aluminized steel. The steel griddle plate is 1" thick and polished beautifully. The back and tapered side splashes are 4". This unit has five embedded snap action thermostat controls, each with a U-shaped burner spaced out every 12". The cool to the touch bullnose design of the controls allow the user to manipulate temperature anywhere from 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit was designed for the even cooking of everything from pancakes to burgers. For safety, it has one pilot safety valve for every two burners. The safety will completely shut off the gas to the pilot and burners.
It has two 6-quart grease drawers. A spatula wide 3-1/2" grease gutter and grease chute are fully welded for easier cleaning and to stop grease migration. This design is perfect for easy cleaning at the end of a long, busy work day.
