Vollrath 40813 Description
The Vollrath 40813 vacuum sealer bag pack is intended for use with out-of-chamber vacuum pack machines. Each bag is 12 inches by 8 inches and has a 1.4-quart capacity that is great for meat, seafood, and produce. Because the bags are made of micromesh, they are BPA free and safe in temperatures as high as 158 degrees Fahrenheit. Although they are made for sous vide cooking, the bags should not be used to prepare liquids.
