The 3640711 is the modular drop-in top-mounted hot food well with 4 individual full-size 12" x 20" stainless steel wells that are fully insulated and designed for wet operation only. There is a standard 1/2" drain on each hot food well with individual ball valves.
The deep stainless steel wells on this unit will accommodate full-size and fractional pans up to 6" deep.
