Vollrath 72000 Description
A part of the Cayenne® series, the Vollrath 72000 countertop food warmer is designed to hold cooked foods at temperatures above the HACCP "danger zone" of 140 degrees Fahrenheit. With 10 temperature settings and capillary tube thermostat controls, users can select and maintain accurate temperatures. The stainless steel housing keeps heat inside the well and off the exterior and rim for safety purposes, and nonskid feet help prevent the unit from sliding.
The Vollrath 72000 countertop food warmer works best when the food is held in pans with covers, the proper water level is maintained, and the food is stirred regularly. Its six-foot power cord adapts to receptacle locations in any direction.
