This portable oil filter is powered by a 4 GPM, 1/3 HP heavy duty reversible pump that can filter up to 50 lbs of liquid shortening oil in just 5 minutes. A heated suction line keeps the return line open and free flowing. This item features a nickle plated steel wand with a non-heat conducting handle. Wand assembly efficiently flushes residue and returns filtered oil to fryer or frypot.
