In the span of 24 hours, the Manitowoc Ice IYT0900A Indigo NXT™ commercial ice machine head can produce 865 pounds of half-dice ice, which is ideal for restaurants with a moderate demand for ice. Its air-cooled condenser system is solid and consistent, getting the job done with minimal fuss and low water usage. The easyTouch® interface enables users to run diagnostic programs, schedule hours for the machine to be powered off, or set the daily ice production volume.
This ice maker head also features a mix of Active Sense software and hardware, and an acoustical ice sensing probe to monitor ice production, keeping cube size within expected parameters. Its DuraTech™ clear coat exterior reduces fingerprints and dirt stains while also delivering corrosion protection superior to that of stainless steel.
