American Metalcraft CAR14 Cutter Pizza Pan
This tapered/nesting cutter pizza pan is 14" in diameter and 11/16" deep. It is solid and constructed of 14 gauge aluminum.
CAR pans are made without a rolled edge. The top edge is left unfinished and may be sharp so it can cut dough. Sheeted dough can be placed over the pan and then cut off with a rolling pin or pie roller.
Aluminum Care and Use:
Aluminum is a soft metal that is attacked by detergents with a high alkaline or acidic nature. Use detergents made specifically for aluminum. Through repeated use, aluminum will soften and, if scoured, will thin. Hand-wash only using mild detergent made specifically for aluminum.
