Browne PG510 Footed Pan Grate

This footed pan grate keeps food from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Raised grates also serve as a drain for items that should not stand in liquid or juices.

It measures 5" x 10" and fits a full size steam table pan. It is constructed with nickel-plated steel wire.
