Vollrath 52657 Bus Box
This bus / dish box is perfect for all your cleaning and bussing needs. Every venue should have a sufficient stock of these bus boxes for high volume times such as lunch and dinner. Add the Perforated Sanitary Drain box to it and it becomes the perfect vegetable crisper.
It has a smooth interior and ribbed exterior bottom with reinforced handles. Stacking lugs prevent sticking together to allow for quicker drying. It is approved to handle harsh temperatures ranging from -30 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
