This glass is treated with DraTuff which will increase its resistance to both thermal and mechanical shock. However, if your glass does break either from shock or just simple human clumsiness, it will not shatter into a million, annoyingly tiny pieces. Rather this glass will break into larger pieces to prevent hazardous mishaps that may occur to an employee or customer
