The Vollrath 38102 hot food table has two wells that can hold food at different temperatures with individually controlled capillary tube thermostats. These controls have mechanical guards to prevent accidental temperature changes when they’re bumped into. To prevent overheating, a light indicates when water is getting low and needs to be refilled. The wells have no-drip lips to keep the surface free of water.
