The Vollrath 40831 vacuum pack machine extends the shelf life of your food to help reduce waste from spoiling. Decompression of the chamber is slow so the bag easily forms around food. All the bags are double sealed for extra security with two sealing cylinders. Bags up to 12 inches can be accommodated, and the sealing bar easily removes for cleaning and maintenance. You can also easily seal small products since two insert plates are included.
The stainless steel exterior is heavy duty for commercial use and easy to keep clean. The interior is also stainless steel with rounded corners so cleaning is simple. The time setting ranges from 1 to 99 seconds, while the sealing time ranges from 1 to 6 seconds. Moisture and debris are removed from the pump with the Pump Conditioning Program.
