The Vollrath squeeze-handle disher promises improved serving speed and consistent portions, resulting in less food waste and larger profits. The universal handle design is equally comfortable for right or left-handed users.
Designed to serve soft foods like rice, potatoes, desserts and more.
Note: Not recommended for use with ice cream, frozen foods, or other hard food products.
