Vulcan 36S-6BN Gas Range with Standard Oven
The Vulcan 36S-6B Endurance Range is highly recommended appliance and a great addition to include in any kitchen. It's flexibility is unrivaled and it can adapt to nearly any location. It offers legendary toughness, precision, dependability, and has many innovate features that will make a great impact on your kitchen and business.
This unit has a fully MIG welded frame with a stainless-steel front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf. The six open top burners provide 30,000 BTU, and include lift-off burner heads for easy cleaning. The heavy-duty, cast iron grates have different measurements, the front burners measure 12" by 12-1/2", the rear burners measure 12" by 14-1/2". Every two burners share a pilot, which is ignited with a shrouded flash tube system. The burner knobs are cool to the touch for the safety of you and your kitchen employees.
The oven included with this unit has a porcelain bottom and door panel for even heat distribution throughout the area. The thermostat adjusts from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It is supplied with two racks and two rack guide sets for a total of four rack positions that are available for you to pick from. The inside is protected by a heavy duty door with an integrated door hinge and spring.
