  • Holds 2-1/4 lbs of meat and 3-1/2 lbs of masa
  • 7/8" dia. hole at the bottom of the cylinder with two addition adapters 1" and 1-1/8" each so you can make multiple sizes all with one machine
    • The 1-1/8" cylinder makes 30 4" tamales
    • The 1" cylinder makes 40 4" tamales
    • The 7/8" cylinder makes 50 4" tamales
  • It takes approximately 2 minutes to empty the cylinders & approximately 2 minutes to reload
